This design build project was completed with Architectural Investments and Abtech Electric.  The first floor renovation involved adding additional open office space and conference rooms.  Lighting fixtures were relocated to accommodate new spaces with additional power and data drops installed.

Architectural Investments and Louisville Engineering Company completed renovation drawings for the Republic Bank Plaza in downtown Louisville.  This multi floor renovation will provide more open office space for Republic to provide better service for their clients.  Design elements featured LED lighting and new water coil VAV boxes to improve the energy efficiency and reduce overall operating cost for Republic Bank.

Louisville Engineering has completed design on the Wageworks tenant improvement with Three Dot Design.  This 50,000 square foot tenant improvement is going in the first floor of Commerce Crossing business park.  The expansion by Wageworks will allow them to serve customers better as they continue to expand their business and services.
CBRE will be served as project manager during the design phase as well as helping to oversee construction.  The projected timeline for completion is approximately six months.
