Republic Bank has wrapped up the renovation of the plaza in downtown Louisville. Six floors were renovated while being fully occupied. New open office space, conference rooms and training areas were built and updated to match current Republic Bank standards. Architectural Investments was the Architect on the project and Miranda Construction was the General Contractor. Louisville Engineering recently completed a control upgrade for the Bavarian gas field flare monitoring. The project involved the installation of a VFD, field wiring, and programming. This project enables Bavarian to have complete control over their flare from remote locations as well as reduced energy consumption on existing equipment by 45% by running the motors on VFD.
The old Cast Iron Steakhouse located on River Road is currently under renovation to become the Pine Room. LMS Design led by Lindsey Stoughton is the Architect on the project and Bosse Mattingly the General Contractor. Looking forward to the finished project.
