Another Goodwill is in the book. We appreciate the continued trust from the Goodwill of Central and Southern Indiana to allow us to complete the build out of another store, this time in Floyds Knobs, IN. Approximately 12,500 of space was divided into storage and retail while still maintaining the same Goodwill standards. We were able to re-use the existing electrical system to keep overall costs to a minimum, used the existing ductwork, while replacing the rooftop units in place and adding an additional rooftop unit and ductless split system unit. Construction is complete on the newest home for The Seafood Lady in NULU. This 2700 square foot dining and kitchen space was fit out in the first floor of The Hancock House at the corner of South Hancock Street and East Jefferson Street. Working with McCormick Construction and Development, this project was completed in three months. Construction has finally begun in the first floor of the Hancock House in Louisville, KY. The great Seafood Lady will be occupying the space and serving up fresh seafood for downtown Louisville.
Dayton Motor Car shell building in Dayton, Ohio is finally complete. This 80,000 sf renovation took nearly two years from start to finish. The building was originally built in 1875 and named to the National Register of Historic Places in 1984. We were excited to work with Weyland Ventures and RDA Group on this project. Design is complete and construction has begun on the new Goodwill in Floyds Knobs, Indiana. This was a design build project with Urban Design Group, Abtech Electrical, and Frank Monroe Heating and Cooling. Happy to provide another design for The Hive Salon Studio, this time in Jeffersontown, Kentucky.
