Louisville Engineering Company provided design for the recently completed Seed to Oaks office renovation.  Working as a design build project we provided drawings to Abtech Electrical and Dauenhauer Heating and Air.

Seed to Oaks is a local community organization that is a collaboration between churches, businesses, and civic agencies and we were proud to be able to help support them.

Louisville Engineering Company and Abtech Electrical Services are excited to provide the electrical design and the electrical construction on this project in Butchertown. 

Louisville Engineering was pleased to provide the MEP engineering design for this historic re-use project with Weyland Ventures.  Features of the design include all new LED lighting, underfloor air distribution system and an emergency generator.

Congratulations to Wageworks for opening their new office in downtown Milwaukee.  Wageworks renovated the top floors of the City Center @ 735.  Rachel Worley of Three Dot Design was the Architect on the project and Keith Dohn of Blue Energy Group the Mechanical Engineer.  Here is a link to the press release from Wageworks on the opening of the new space.
